At Signet Hospitality Private Company (I.K.E.) (hereinafter "Signet", or "we") the protection of your personal data is of utmost importance. This Privacy Policy provides you with information on how we collect your personal data, for what purposes we process it and what your rights are. ΙΙΙ. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
Personal data shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). An identifiable natural person is one whose identity may be verified, directly or indirectly. Such data shall not include data which are anonymous.
What data we collect about you and how we collect it
When you subscribe to our platform or our newsletter or otherwise, we collect various types of personal data about you, either directly from you, or from third parties, or which we collect or create by our own means (including automated means).

Privacy Policy and Children
Our platform is designed and intended for use by adults. If you are a minor under the age at which parental consent is required in your country, the terms of this policy should be reviewed by your parent or guardian, who shall then provide their consent. In Greece, the age limit is set at the 15th year according to Article 21 of Law No. 4624/2019. If it is found that we have collected information from a minor without the consent of their parent or guardian, when such consent should have been obtained, we shall delete the information as soon as possible.

Your freely given and informed consent shall constitute the legal basis for the processing of your personal data for your registration on the platform, the use of offers via the platform and the sending of promotional material to you.

V. STORAGE PERIOD

Where the processing of your personal data is based on compliance with our legal obligation, your personal data shall be kept for as long as required by the respective legal obligation.
VI. AMENDMENTS
This policy supersedes all previous policies that we may have provided in the past. We reserve the right to amend this policy in the event of changes in the legislative framework for personal data protection and/or our policy, and to implement any changes to your data and practices in accordance with the law at our absolute discretion.
